I have a request to make of the readers of these blog pages.  In order to provide the type of service that will be of benefit to you,  I need your suggestions.

I have a rather extensive library available relating to the history of turquoise and the caring for turquoise , as well as to its proper storage.  I don’t want to be too  repetitious.  Turquoise  jewelry has always been fascinating to me and I am always on the alert for anything new and interesting.  The turquoise earrings I bought my wife last month are the same as the photo shown above.  She wears them  quite  frequently  because she enjoys  them so much.  My wife is a beautiful blond blue-eyed lady and the turquoise earrings really look terrific on her.  I am already thinking of the next piece of jewelry I am going to surprise her with.

If you have any subjects  or questions that you think the readers would enjoy then would you please share them with us?

Test Drive Your Jewelry

There are two essential things to consider when purchasing jewelry. Those two factors are looks and comfort. People, however, tend to only focus on the looks. After all, it’s obvious that if you don’t like the way jewelry looks, it will sit unused in your jewelry box. But not as many people take into account the comfort factor. Uncomfortable jewelry is just as likely as unattractive jewelry to collect dust on your dresser. With this in mind, always make sure your jewelry fits comfortably and that you’re able to do everything you need to do comfortably as well.

One of the more tricky pieces of jewelry to fit is the bracelet. Especially today, when chunky bracelets are very much en vogue, make sure you always try on before you purchase. Whether you’re looking at turquoise bracelets or a bracelet strung with thick beads, made sure the weight of the bracelet feels okay on your wrist. Make sure it doesn’t bang or hit your desk while you’re trying to type at work. Make sure it isn’t too snug or too loose. Consider all these factors before purchasing. Otherwise, it could be just another bracelet sitting in your overstuffed and underutilized jewelry box.

There are a lot of people who don’t want ordinary looking jewelry. They want colors and stones on their jewelry, and you can achieve this with southwestern jewelry.  These pieces are very colorful and artistic, making it so that you can really stand out when wearing this jewelry.

Southwestern jewelry usually uses turquoise gemstones because of their radiant coloring.  They are handcrafted as well, so you know that each piece is unique.  They have beautiful designs that you will really appreciate.  They will definitely spice up your jewelry collection, and they make great gifts as well for any occasion.
